Moving to a new country is filled with excitement, challenges, and change. Whether you came to Bulgaria seeking adventure, career growth, or new connections – or found yourself here due to life’s circumstances – the experience of adapting to a new environment can be rewarding and overwhelming.

It’s natural to face stress, homesickness, uncertainty, or disconnection. Sometimes, these feelings manifest as self-doubt, disappointment, or the fear of not belonging. Other times, you may feel energized and eager to share your insights with those navigating similar paths.

No matter where you are on your journey, we invite you to join a safe and supportive space where you can connect, share, or listen. There’s no fixed agenda – just an open conversation with like-minded individuals who understand the ups and downs of living abroad.
